By purchasing a Season Pass, you confirm that you understand and accept the following terms and conditions:

1. With a Season Pass, you are part of an exclusive group! All Season Passes provided by Dolphin Beach Entertainment for this Summer Season are valid from 3 October 2025 to 26 April 2026.
2. Starting from 3 October 2025, the Season Pass holder MUST PRESENT THE SEASON PASS CARD at EVERY VISIT.
3. Pool & Golden Age Season Passes grant the holder access and permission to use the Splash Zone Pool daily, subject to regular operating hours and days.
4. Pool&Slide Season Passes grant the holder access and permission to use both the Splash Zone Pool and all Water Slides, subject to regular operating hours and days.
5. The Season Pass holder will receive a wristband that must be worn during their visit.
6. If your wristband comes off during the day, request a new band from the ticket office.
7. One free spectator pass will be issued to a supervising parent/guardian who must accompany Season Pass Holders under the age of 12 years. They are not allowed to partake in any activity unless they pay to do so. Dolphin Beach Entertainment will not hold responsibility to baby-sit or look after any child who may be left unattended or unsupervised.
8. Season Passes do not guarantee admission, as the park fills on a first-come, first-served basis. The number of guests allowed in the park is limited, so a waiting time to enter the park may apply, ensuring a fair and enjoyable experience for all guests.
9. Season Passes do not guarantee a specific number of slides per visit, especially during peak hours.
10. A Season Pass can only be used by one person and cannot be transferred to or shared with another person.
11. For your security and convenience, the issuer will capture a photo of the pass holder and store it in a secure electronic database for verification purposes only. This ensures a smooth and secure identification and validation process each time you visit the park.
12. OTHER DISCOUNTED OFFERS: Season Passes are NOT VALID for Birthday Parties, Group events, WetWakeUp, SoggySunSet, Bubble Trouble, or Pool Parties.
13. 9-HOLE HIJINKS MINI GOLF: A Season Pass includes one FREE game of mini golf when you visit the pool or slides. You can only redeem this free game if you have visited the water activities for that day, and still have your wristband on your arm. No wristband, no free game.
14. BUBBLE TROUBLE: A Pool&Slide Season Pass will grant you a 60% discount per Bubble Trouble Session. During Summer 2025, this will be a R100.00 discount, i.e. you will only pay R60 per session. You MUST present your Season Pass Card to qualify for this discount. Please note that sessions are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and a minimum height restriction of 1.3m applies for all Bubble Trouble Sessions.
15. Dolphin Beach Entertainment is not responsible for lost/stolen Passes. If your card is lost or stolen, you must report it to Dolphin Beach Entertainment immediately. You can apply for a replacement card at the ticket office, which incurs a fee of R20.00. The replacement card will be issued after verification of your identity.
16. A Season Pass is not refundable and/or exchangeable.
17. Dolphin Beach Entertainment reserves the right to revoke a Pass without refund for any of the following prohibited actions: Violations of Park Rules, Safety Procedures, and Regulations; aiding another person in any way to obtain unauthorised entry into the park; or any conduct deemed by the Management to interfere with the safety or enjoyment of other guests. If your Pass is revoked, you will be asked to leave the park immediately. We trust our customers to act responsibly and respect our rules for the protection and enjoyment of all.
18. Dolphin Beach Entertainment has a zero-tolerance policy regarding theft or attempted theft in the Park. If you attempt, commit, or assist in robbery, your Pass will be immediately revoked without refund, and you will be asked to leave the park. We take the safety and security of our guests seriously and will not tolerate any form of theft.
19. The use of a Season Pass is subject to the operating regulations of Dolphin Beach Entertainment. All hours are weather- and season-bound and may change without prior notice.
20. Dolphin Beach Entertainment reserves the right to close the park earlier if it is not at a capacity that warrants the staff to keep it open.
21. Dolphin Beach Entertainment will not be held responsible for any loss suffered due to the water attractions not being operational due to natural/national disasters, civil riots, power outages, weather, safety, maintenance and/or technical reasons.
